摘要
数控铣削加工是现代制造业中的关键环节,其加工效率和精度直接影响产品的质量.在数控铣削加工中,刀具路径的规划是提高加工效率和确保加工精度的核心.当前,由于刀具路径设计不合理、加工参数设置不当等因素,常常导致加工效率低下和加工精度不高.因此,针对数控铣削加工中的刀具路径进行规划,并提出优化策略显得尤为重要.
Abstract
Computer numerical control milling is a key link in modern manufacturing industry,and its processing efficiency and precision directly affect the quality of products.In computer numerical control milling,tool path planning is the core of improving machining efficiency and ensuring machining accuracy.At present,due to unreasonable tool path design,improper machining parameters and other factors,often lead to low machining efficiency and low machining accuracy.Therefore,it is very important to plan the tool path in NC milling and put forward the optimization strategy.
