数控加工技术实验是机械类专业的必修实践环节,能够综合训练学生的操作技能,培养能解决实际问题的复合型应用人才.实验教学改革以满足数控加工技术课程的教学目标为前提,从理论与实践相融合的角度出发,结合线上到线下的教学过程,采用个人到小组的学习模式,将校企合作背景下的企业真实零件作为实验加工任务,设计了数控车削加工实验,并将其作为改革应用试点.四维共促发展的实验教学模式,在提高教学质量的同时,满足企业的人才需求.
Experimental Teaching Reform of Computer Numerical Control Machining Technology Course Based on Four-Dimensional Model
Computer numerical control machining technology experiment is a compulsory practice link of mechanical majors,which can comprehensively train students'operational skills and cultivate compound application talents who can solve practical problems.The experimental teaching reform is based on the premise of meeting the teaching objectives of computer numerical control machining technology courses,from the perspective of integrating theory and practice,combining the online to offline teaching process,adopting the learning mode from individuals to groups,taking the real parts of enterprises under the background of school-enterprise cooperation as experimental processing tasks,designing computer numerical control turning processing experiments,and taking them as reform and application pilots.The experimental teaching mode of four dimensions promoting development can not only improve the teaching quality,but also meet the talents needs of enterprises.
