摘要
针对高速棒材倍尺剪转辙器的工业应用,从现存问题和技术方案两个角度进行深入研究.介绍设备的基本功能,并提出具体的项目研究目标,探讨设备现存的问题,提出相应的技术解决方案,并强调方案中的创新点.项目的成功不仅突破了小规格螺纹精品棒材的生产难题,也为我国制造业提供了新的发展方向.
Abstract
Aiming at the industrial application of high speed bar double scale shear switch,this paper studies the existing problems and technical solutions.The basic functions of the equipment are introduced,and the specific research objectives of the project are proposed.The existing problems of the equipment are discussed,the corresponding technical solutions are put forward,and the innovation points in the solutions are emphasized.The success of the project not only breaks through the production problems of small-size threaded fine bars,but also provides a new development direction for China's manufacturing industry.
