摘要
空气制动机是铁路货车的重要组成部分,为列车的安全运行提供保障.随着货车检修技术的提升,空气制动机故障日渐凸显,快速诊断和排查故障成为提升检修效率的重要措施.文章以货车空气制动机单车试验故障为研究对象,分析制动机的作用原理、试验内容和试验装备,提出故障诊断和排查方法,以实现单车试验故障的快速诊断和排查,提高检修效率,保证列车安全运行.
Abstract
The air brake is an important part of the railway freight car,which provides security the safe operation of the train.With the improvement of truck maintenance technology,the fault of air brake has become increasingly prominent,and rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting has become an important measure to improve the maintenance efficiency.This paper takes the single vehicle air brake test fault as the research object,analyzes the principle,test content and test equipment of the brake,and puts forward the method of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting,so as to realize the rapid diagnosis and troubleshooting of single vehicle test faults,improve the maintenance efficiency and ensure the safe operation of the train.
