Structure Design and Optimization of 3D C-Arm X-Ray Machine
3D C-arm X-ray machine can provide 3D model reconstruction for focal points of surgery,and its accuracy determines the completion and accuracy of surgery.The 3D model is reconstructed by filtering and back projection of the two-dimensional screen continuously taken during the C-ring rotation of the 3D C-arm X-ray machine.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the overall structure based on the vibration characteristics during the rotation of the 3D C-arm X-ray machine.This paper,the modal analysis of 3D C-arm X-ray machine is carried out by ANSYS software,and the first three natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of the machine are obtained.Through the acceleration experiment,the power spectra in three directions of the whole machine are obtained,which reflects the frequency segment in which the equipment resonates.According to the structure optimization of the whole machine,the three variable parameters are adjusted structurally and the optimal solution is obtained.
