Design and Implementation of Electrical Control for FFS Integrated Packaging Machine
By introducing the mechanical structure of FFS integrated packaging machine,combined with Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)technology,the overall design of the packaging machine is carried out,and a control system with complete functions and easy operation is designed based on the principle of reliability and practicality.After designing the control system for the packaging machine,measurement and bag handling accuracy testing were conducted.From the statistical data of bag handling weight and bag length,it can be seen that the control system design of the packaging machine is reasonable and can ensure the accuracy and quality of bag handling.
