摘要
文章给出BHDB-M701F4-Q1 型号的三压再热自然循环余热锅炉的动态数学模型,使用MATLAB仿真软件,以该余热锅炉为对象进行模块化建模,对给水流量扰动和烟气流量扰动下的动态响应模型进行仿真.仿真结果表明,建立的数学模型能够正确反映对象的动态特性,有较好的动态响应特性,可为联合循环机组中余热锅炉结构和控制系统的设计提供理论依据.
Abstract
In this paper,the dynamic mathematical model of BHDB-M701F4-Q1 three-pressure reheat natural cycle waste heat boiler is given.MATLAB simulation software is used to carry out modular modeling on the waste heat boiler as the object,and the dynamic response model under the disturbance of feed water flow and flue gas flow is simulated.The simulation results show that the mathematical model can accurately reflect the dynamic characteristics of the object and has good dynamic response characteristics,which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of the structure and control system of the waste heat boiler in the combined cycle unit.
