Design of Electric Heating System for Large Wind Turbine Blade Mold
With the development of wind power industry to large-scale,the blade mold gradually from the traditional water cycle heating mode to resistance wire heating mode.In the manufacturing process of wind turbine blades,the temperature control during curing is a key link.The precision and uniformity of the temperature on the surface of the blade die cavity are required in the curing process.This paper will introduce the hardware structure and software algorithm of the electric heating control system of large-scale wind turbine blade mould,which can meet the requirements of temperature control in blade production.
