摘要
对DW-107/7-X型压缩机在日常运行中出现的活塞环磨损过快问题进行分析,提出相应的解决措施,并对比改造前后的设备运行状况.经现场试运行可知,改造后的活塞环使用寿命达到预期目标,有效减少了易损件及人工成本的投入.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the problem of piston ring wearing too fast in DW-107/7-X compressor in daily operation,puts forward the corresponding measures to solve it,and compares the equipment running condition before and after the transformation.After field trial operation,the service life of the modified piston ring has reached the expected target,and the input of wearing parts and labor cost has been effectively reduced.
