Research on Five-Axis Computer Numerical Control Machining Technology of Complex Curved Parts
With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,the application of precision complex curved parts is more and more extensive.Surface driving is an important method for machining complex surface parts.The planning of drive tool path is directly related to the control of surface physical characteristics.The application of five-axis computer numerical control machining technology can improve the machining quality of complex curved part.This paper mainly studies the five-axis computer numerical control machining technology of complex curved parts.Taking Buddha Statue as an example,it analyzes the tool path planning,tooling design,machining strategy and trial production process of the curved parts.In the actual processing process,the technical personnel should fully understand the planning ideas and principles of the drive tool rail,improve the design of the tool rail in rough machining and fine machining,and carry out trial production processing.
