摘要
随着我国铁路建设的蓬勃发展,传统的铺轨方式面临着效率低下的问题.为了实现铁路施工的机械化、绿色化和智能化发展,提出了智能铺轨方式.文章深入研究了铁路有砟轨道智能铺轨成套装备的 8 项技术创新,包括铺轨机组自动巡航走行定位技术、新型长钢轨牵引车、扣件智能安装车、有砟轨道智能捣固、钢轨焊接绿色技术、移动式钢轨中频正火作业车、自动化精磨机和钢轨闪光焊远程监控诊断系统等.
Abstract
With the vigorous development of railway construction in China,the traditional way of track laying is faced with the problem of low efficiency,so in order to realize the mechanization,green and intelligent development of railway construction,the intelligent way of track laying is put forward.This paper deeply studies 8 technological innovations of railway intelligent track laying equipment,including automatic cruise running positioning technology of rail laying unit,new long rail tractor,intelligent installation car of fastenings,intelligent tamping of ballast track,green technology of rail welding,mobile rail medium frequency normalizing operation car,automatic grinding machine,rail flash welding remote monitoring and diagnosis system,etc.
