摘要

钢轨打磨车在作业过程中会产生大量的磨削粉尘,因此需要配备一套集尘装置收集磨削粉尘,以减少扬尘和残留粉尘对周边环境的污染.根据GMC-96B型钢轨打磨车集尘装置的实际使用情况,针对性提出一种适用于该打磨车的新型集尘装置,并对关键子系统进行详细的技术设计及分析计算.计算结果表明,新型集尘装置相比原有集尘装置具有明显的性能提升.

Abstract

A large amount of grinding dust will be generated during the operation of the rail grinding car,so it is necessary to be equipped with a dust collection device to collect grinding dust,in order to reduce the pollution of dust and residual dust to the surrounding environment.According to the actual use of GCC-96B rail grinding car dust collection device,a new dust collection device suitable for the grinding car is put forward,and the key subsystem is designed and analyzed in detail.The calculation results show that the new dust collecting device has obvious performance improvement compared with the original dust collecting device.
