Dynamic Model Based Lifting System of Modular Drilling Rig and Its Optimization Strategy Analysis
This paper aims to discuss the factors that affect the operation of the lifting system of modular drilling rig according to the dynamic model,and put forward the specific strategy of optimizing the system.The results show that the main factors affecting the operation of the lifting system of the module rig include moment of inertia and angular velocity,driving torque and friction torque,propulsion force and resistance,equipment mass and lifting acceleration,lifting force and friction force.By optimizing the moment of inertia,the drive torque and friction torque can be balanced,the propulsion system can be optimized,the equipment quality can be matched with the lifting acceleration,and the lifting force can be rationally distributed and controlled to ensure the operation effect of the lifting system of the module rig.The results show that parameter optimization and control strategy optimization are of great significance in drilling engineering and can promote the successful implementation of resource development and scientific research.
