Analysis on Optimization Method of Roller Support Structure of Tire Forming Machine
This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the roller support structure of the tire forming machine,including the deformation caused by insufficient stiffness of the support,the insufficient fatigue strength at the joint and the internal defects of the material affecting the overall strength.To this end,three optimization methods are proposed:increasing the rigidity of the support beam,optimizing the shape of the welded joint to improve fatigue performance,and selecting high-quality materials to reduce internal defects.Through these measures,the deformation resistance of the roller support can be significantly enhanced,and the service life can be extended,so as to effectively improve the tire forming quality,which is of great significance to the development of the tire industry.
