摘要
FOCKE401 小盒透明纸包装机主要完成小盒烟包的输送及小盒透明纸包装成型,是小盒烟包成型的关键.在生产实践中发现,中支烟设备改造后稳定性差,透明纸输供给切割系统故障造成设备停机频次高,实际生产效率降低,同时存在较大的质量问题.深入分析中支烟设备透明纸输供给切割系统故障频次较高的原因,并采取有效措施.可以在水平方向加装一个透明质输送装置,对透明纸施加恒定的力,以减小水平方向的位移,保证透明纸输送稳定,降低FOCKE401透明纸供给切割系统故障停机次数,有效提升设备效率和包装质量.
Abstract
FOCKE401 small box transparent paper wrapping machine mainly completes the conveying of small boxes of cigarette packs and the molding of small boxes transparent paper packaging,which is the key to the molding of small boxes of cigarette packs.In the production practice,it is found that the stability of the medium cigarette equipment is poor after the transformation,the failure of the transparent paper supply and cutting system causes the equipment to shut down frequently,the actual production efficiency is reduced,and there are also large quality problems.The reasons for the high failure frequency of the transparent paper supply and cutting system of medium cigarette equipment are deeply analyzed,and effective measures are taken.A hyaline conveying device can be installed in the horizontal direction to apply a constant force to the transparent paper to reduce the displacement in the horizontal direction,ensure the stability of the transparent paper transmission,reduce the number of failures of the FOCKE401 transparent paper supply cutting system,and effectively improve the efficiency of the equipment and packaging quality.
