水槽涂层表面陶瓷织构化对泥浆润湿性的影响研究

以聚晶金刚石复合片(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact,PDC)钻头水槽泥包问题为研究对象,对水槽涂层表面进行氧化铝基织构化制备处理.结合接触角理论分析泥浆液滴在织构化涂层表面的浸润状态,并通过泥浆动态润湿性实验,考察泥浆液环境下织构化涂层表面防泥浆黏附作用效果.结果表明,织构化表面液滴处于复合润湿状态,处于Cassie-Baxter接触状态的液滴呈现出向Wenzel接触状态过渡的趋势,通过在钻头水槽涂层表面进行陶瓷织构化处理,能够显著提高水槽抗泥浆附着的性能,从而降低泥包概率.
Study on the Effect of Ceramic Texture on Mud Wettability of Flume Coating Surface
Based on the micro-research object of mud coating in water tank of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact(PDC)bit,the surface of water tank coating was prepared by alumina texturing.Based on the contact Angle theory,the wetting state of mud droplets on the surface of the textured coating was analyzed,and the anti-mud adhesion effect of the textured coating was investigated through the dynamic mud wettability experiment.The results show that the droplets on the textured surface are in a compound wetting state,and the droplets in the Cassie-Baxter contact state tend to transition to the Wenzel contact state.The ceramic texturization treatment on the coated surface of the drill flume can significantly improve the mud adhesion resistance of the flume,thereby reducing the probability of mud retention.
