摘要
海上浮式风电装备中塔筒底部与浮式基础之间采用配对法兰螺栓连接,上法兰的安装精度决定了后续上部风筒是否可以成功安装.基于此,介绍塔筒结构中连接处法兰的安装、焊接及检验方法,为后续此类浮式风电的建造提供经验.
Abstract
Coupling flange bolts are used between the bottom of the tower barrel and the floating foundation of offshore floating wind power equipment.The installation accuracy of the upper flange determines whether the subsequent upper air duct can be successfully installed.Based on this,the installation,welding and inspection methods of the joint flanges in the tower cylinder structure are introduced to provide experience for the subsequent construction of this kind of floating wind power.
