摘要
电梯是高楼层居民日常外出必须乘坐的交通工具,其稳定运行关系到人们的生命安全.因此,有必要重视电梯运行的安全性和可靠性,提高对电梯各个阶段的检测工作,保证电梯稳定运行.基于此,介绍电梯的安装调试过程,并分析试运行阶段的各项试验,包括电路动作试验、曳引电机空载试验、载荷试验、慢载试验和快载试验,为电梯的安全运行提供保障.
Abstract
The elevator is a means of transportation that residents of high floors must take to go out daily,and its stable operation is related to people's life safety.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the safety and reliability of the elevator operation,improve the detection of all stages of the elevator,and ensure the stable operation of the elevator.Based on this,the installation and commissioning process of the elevator is introduced,and various tests in the trial operation stage are analyzed,including circuit action test,traction motor no-load test,load test,slow load test and fast load test,so as to provide guarantee for the safe operation of the elevator.
