摘要
随着工业生产对流体输送设备的需求日益增长,离心泵的可靠运行与高效维护显得尤为重要.为有效保障生产流程的顺畅进行,提升设备的整体性能与可靠性,通过深入分析离心泵的结构组成、运行原理及常见运行故障,提出一系列有效、可行的维护管理措施与维修策略.研究关注设备日常管理与维护,在提高运行效率、延长离心泵使用寿命等方面具有重要意义,能够为设备的科学管理与维修提供借鉴与指导.
Abstract
With the increasing demand for fluid conveying equipment in industrial production,reliable operation and efficient maintenance of centrifugal pumps are particularly important.In order to effectively ensure the smooth progress of the production process and improve the overall performance and reliability of the equipment,a series of effective and feasible maintenance management measures and maintenance strategies are proposed through in-depth analysis of the structure,operation principle and common operation failures of the centrifugal pump.Paying attention to the daily management and maintenance of equipment is of great significance in improving operation efficiency and prolonging the service life of centrifugal pump,and can provide reference and guidance for scientific management and maintenance of equipment.
