In situ leaching is a green production process that meets the requirements of resource and environmental protection,and is often used in the mining of ion-type rare earth mines in southern China.Before mining,it is necessary to carry out the construction arrangement of liquid injection holes on the top of the mountain,and the drilling rig is an important mechanical equipment to complete this work.Due to the harsh mine environment,the equipment is prone to corrosion,deformation and even fracture during use,which reduces the mining efficiency of rare earth mines.Based on this,Failure Mode,Effects and Criticality Analysis(FMECA)technology is applied to analyze various failure modes and main impacts of equipment,providing reference for continuous improvement of equipment in design,process,production and other departments,so as to improve the safety and reliability of the equipment,extend its service life.
