处于爆炸危险区的工业管道的温度测量和控制系统要具备相应的防爆功能.传统的温度测量和控制方法存在局限性,如成本高、响应速度慢、精度不高等.基于此,设计一种满足爆炸危险区需求的现场智能温度控制器,并阐述产品制作方法.
Design and Manufacture of an Explosion-Proof Field Intelligent Temperature Controller
The temperature measurement and control system should have the corresponding explosion-proof function for the industrial pipeline in the explosion danger zone.Traditional temperature measurement and control methods have limitations,such as high cost,slow response and low accuracy.Based on this,a field intelligent temperature controller is designed to meet the needs of explosion danger area,and the production method is described.
