摘要
作为工业生产过程中的关键设备,机械搅拌设备的运行工况较为复杂,一旦发生故障,不仅会影响生产进度,而且可能带来安全威胁与经济损失.基于此,首先分析机械搅拌设备的主要结构,其次探讨该设备常见的故障类别及其成因,最后提出故障发生时的处理方法和流程,包括故障定位、故障诊断以及故障处理,以期为有关技术人员提供参考.
Abstract
As a key equipment in the industrial production process,the operation condition of mechanical mixing equipment is more complex,once the failure will not only affect the production schedule,but also may bring security threats and economic losses.Based on this,the main structure of mechanical mixing equipment is analyzed first,and then the common fault categories and causes of the equipment are discussed.Finally,the treatment methods and processes when the fault occurs are put forward,including fault location,fault diagnosis and fault treatment,in order to provide reference for relevant technical personnel.
