摘要
区别于传统燃油汽车总装车间输送布置形式,新能源汽车核心部件电池包的输送装配线电动汽车(Electric Vehicle,EV)线为总装车间重要的组成部分.以某生产基地总装车间电池包输送线为例,介绍一种新型电池包移载设备,可以实现电池包在输送线和装配线的自动移载过程,提升总装EV线电池包自动化合装效率,减少人工输送安装的时间和成本,为企业带来较大的经济效益.
Abstract
Different from the traditional fuel Vehicle assembly workshop transmission layout,the core component of new energy vehicles battery pack transmission assembly line Electric Vehicle(EV)line has become an important part of the assembly workshop.Taking the battery pack conveying line in the assembly workshop of a production as an example,a new type of battery pack transferring equipment is introduced,which can realize the automatic transfer process of battery pack in the transmission line and the assembly line,improve the automatic assembly efficiency of battery pack in the assembly line,reduce the time and cost of manual transportation and installation,and bring greater economic benefits to enterprises.
