摘要

航空发动机作为航空航天领域的核心部件,其性能对整个航天产业的发展至关重要.高压涡轮后轴是航空发动机的核心部件,主要功能是将高温燃气能转化成机械能来驱动发动机.因此,高压涡轮后轴的加工质量及加工工艺直接关系到发动机的工作性能与使用寿命.文章分析了航空发动机高压涡轮后轴的加工工艺,介绍了加工设备及材料特性,分析了加工难点并对加工工艺进行了优化.

Abstract

As a core component in the aerospace field,the performance of aero-engine is crucial to the development of the entire aerospace industry.The rear shaft of high pressure turbine is the core component of aero engine,its main function is to convert high temperature gas energy into mechanical energy to drive the engine.Therefore,the machining quality and processing technology of high-pressure turbine rear shaft are directly related to the working performance and service life of the engine.This paper analyzes the processing technology of aero engine high pressure turbine rear shaft,introduces the processing equipment and material characteristics,analyzes the processing difficulties and optimizes the processing technology.
