摘要
可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)在工业自动化、智能化生产中发挥着重要作用,它能够调控生产设备,实现工业生产机械设备的安全、稳定运行,进而提高工业生产效率.基于此,首先分析PLC的基本原理与组成,其次从物理运动控制、生产过程控制、生产环境控制3个方面探讨PLC自动化控制技术在工业生产中的应用,最后提出工业生产中PLC的发展趋势.
Abstract
Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)plays an important role in industrial automation and intelligent production.It can regulate production equipment,achieve safe and stable operation of industrial production machinery and equipment,and improve industrial production efficiency.Based on this,the paper first analyzes the basic principle and composition of PLC,then discusses the application of PLC automation control technology in industrial production from three aspects of physical motion control,production process control and production environment control,and finally puts forward the development trend of PLC in industrial production.
