文章旨在研究精细化工自动化仪表的选型方法,通过分析精细化工生产过程对自动化仪表的特殊需求,提出以工艺需求为导向、技术性能为基础、经济性为衡量、标准化和集成化为原则的选型理念.此外,从工艺特性匹配、安全性与可靠性分析、经济性与生命周期评估、环境适应性与维护便利性考量等角度,探讨精细化工自动化仪表的选型策略与方法.研究表明,综合考虑多方面因素,采用有针对性的选型策略和方法能够优化自动化仪表配置.
Research on Fine Chemical Automation Instrument Selection
This paper aims to study the selection method of automation instrument in fine chemical industry.By analyzing the special demand of automation instrument in fine chemical production processes,the selection concept is put forward,which is oriented by process demand,based on technical capability,measured by economy,standardized integrated as principles.In addition,from the perspectives of process characteristics matching,safety and reliability analysis,economic and life cycle assessment,environmental adaptability and maintenance convenience,the selection strategy and method of fine chemical automation instruments are discussed.The research shows that considering various factors comprehensively and adopting targeted selection strategies and methods,the automatic instrument configuration can be optimized.
