铸造机械设备已经广泛应用于各个领域.随着科技的不断进步,传统的生产方式已经无法满足市场需求,因此研究铸造机械设备生产过程的自动化控制技术显得尤为重要.一方面,阐述传统生产方式存在的不足之处,如生产效率低、精度难以保证等.另一方面,设计一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制系统和人机界面的自动化控制系统,实现铸造机械设备的自动监控和控制.设计的自动化控制系统能够有效提高生产效率,减轻工人劳动强度,提升产品质量.
Design of Automatic Control System for Production Process of Casting Machinery Equipment
Casting machinery has been widely used in various fields.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the traditional production mode has been unable to meet the market demand,so it is particularly important to study the automatic control technology of the production process of casting machinery and equipment.On the one hand,the paper expounds the shortcomings of the traditional production mode,such as low production efficiency and difficult to guarantee accuracy.On the other hand,a set of automatic control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)control system and human-machine interface is designed to realize the automatic monitoring and control of casting machinery equipment.The designed automatic control system can effectively improve production efficiency,reduce labor intensity and improve product quality.
