摘要
数控折弯机是将金属板材折弯成各种几何形状的工件,广泛应用于汽车制造、飞机制造、造船、电梯等行业的板材折弯加工.折弯机一般采用折弯机专用数控系统,一次上料完成相同角度或不同角度的多弯头折弯.但是,由于金属板具有较强的韧性,仅依靠现有的折弯机无法保证折弯后的工件不会回弹,增大了报废率.为解决该问题,提供一种基于嵌入式软可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)控制的全自动防回弹数控折弯机,能够有效避免具有较强韧性的金属板材折弯回弹,降低废品率.
Abstract
Computer numerical control bending machine is the metal sheet bending into various geometric shapes of the workpiece,widely used in automobile manufacturing,aircraft manufacturing,shipbuilding,elevator and other industries of sheet bending processing.The bending machine generally uses a special computer numerical control system for the bending machine to complete the multi-bend bending of the same Angle or different angles at one time.However,due to the strong toughness of the metal plate,only relying on the existing bending machine can not guarantee that the bending workpiece will not rebound,increasing the scrap rate.To solve this problem,a fully automatic anti-rebound computer numerical control bending machine controlled by embedded Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)is provided,which can effectively avoid the bending and rebound of metal sheet with strong toughness and reduce the scrap rate.
