摘要

为解决数控车削编程与加工课程思政脱节的问题,构建矩阵耦合的教学体系,助力高素质数控技术技能人才的培育.采用德技并修、工学结合的育人模式,以生产任务为教学载体、生产流程为教学环节,融入安全规范、奋楫笃行、严谨细致、追求卓越的思政元素.绘制矩阵耦合气泡图,按照标准、态度、能力梯次培养的规律,将思政点分布于知识传授与技能培养中.根据可视化分析,专业能力提高与职业素养提升达到同向同行.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of ideological and political disconnection between NC turning programming and machining course,a matrix-coupled teaching system is constructed to help cultivate high-quality NC technical talents.It adopts the education mode of combining German technology and study,takes production tasks as the teaching carrier and production process as the teaching link,and integrates the ideological and political elements of safety standards,vigorous work,rigorous and meticulous,and the pursuit of excellence.The matrix coupled bubble diagram is drawn,and the ideological and political points are distributed in knowledge imparting and skill cultivation according to the law of standard,attitude and ability echelon cultivation.According to the visual analysis,professional ability improvement and professional quality improvement reach the same direction.
