摘要
针对纵振型压电水声换能器制造过程中的特征数据,建立多元回归模型进行拟合,并对结果进行评估.结果表明,水声换能器制造过程中的预应力、同轴度均与谐振频率、频差相关性较大,将直接影响产品的最终性能,需要通过严控预应力和同轴精度提高水声换能器的产品性能.
Abstract
According to the characteristic data in the manufacturing process of longitudinal vibration piezoelectric hydroacoustic transducer,a multiple regression model is established to fit and evaluate the results.The results show that the prestress and coaxiality in the manufacturing process of the underwater acoustic transducer are highly correlated with the resonant frequency and frequency difference,which will directly affect the final performance of the product.
