摘要
在电镀产线上,工件在工艺槽内发生电化学反应,这要求工艺槽内化学物料的浓度足够高.但是,随着电镀的持续进行,物料被不断消耗,使得物料浓度不断降低,需要通过添加物料使参与反应的物料的浓度保持在工艺要求范围内.通过研究和分析,设计出一种环保、省时省力、能够提高产能的智能化物料补给装置.该装置能够满足电镀生产的实际需要,具有推广应用价值.
Abstract
In the electroplating production line,the workpiece is electrochemical reaction in the process tank,which requires the concentration of chemical materials in the process tank to be high enough.However,with the continuous progress of electroplating,the material is continuously consumed,so that the material concentration is continuously reduced,and the concentration of the material involved in the reaction needs to be maintained within the process requirements by adding materials.Through research and analysis,this paper designs an intelligent material replenishment device which is environmentally friendly,time-saving and labor-saving and can improve production capacity.The device can meet the actual needs of electroplating production and has the value of popularization and application.
