摘要
喷丸是提高零部件抗疲劳强度的重要工艺,其中喷丸引入的残余应力对其有着巨大影响.目前,人们对喷丸的残余应力研究仍然不足,主要是因为各种测试方法存在各自的缺陷,无法满足工程的实际需要.针对工程实际中喷丸部件长时间处于热暴露工作环境的情况,基于双束切槽法研究高温时效对DZ125 镍基合金喷丸残余应力的影响.结果表明,高温时效会大幅降低喷丸引入的残余压应力.
Abstract
Shot peening is an important process to improve the fatigue strength of parts,and the residual stress introduced by shot peening has a great influence on it.The research on the residual stress of shot peening is still insufficient,mainly because various test methods still have their own defects and cannot meet the actual needs of the project.In view of the fact that the shot peening parts may work under thermal exposure conditions for a long time in engineering practice,the effect of high temperature aging on the residual stress of DZ125 nickel-based alloy shot peening was studied based on the double-beam grooving method.The results show that high temperature aging can greatly reduce the residual compressive stress introduced by shot peening.
