首先,基于数控火焰切割机的基本概念、组成部分及应用优势,重点讨论数控火焰切割机的特性,如灵活性、适应性、切割厚度能力和经济性,并优化切割工艺.其次,采用单边串割法、间隙串割法、中间串割法和Z形串割法4种不同的串割方法,提高操作效率与成本效益.最后,研究比较优化前后的工艺应用效果,揭示优化措施在减少穿孔次数、缩短切割长度和空程、提高利用率和降低耗时方面的显著作用.
Abstract
Firstly,based on the basic concept,components and application advantages of computer numerical control flame cutting equipment,the characteristics of computer numerical control flame cutting machine,such as flexibility,adaptability,cutting thickness ability and economy,are discussed,and the cutting process is optimized.Secondly,the operation efficiency and cost-effectiveness are improved through four different series cutting methods,including single side series cutting method,gap series cutting method,middle series cutting method and Z-shaped series cutting method.Finally,the study compared the process application effects before and after optimization,revealing the significant effect of optimization measures in reducing the number of perforations,shortening cutting length and space,improving utilization and reducing time.
