摘要

数控加工技术以其高效、精确和灵活的特点,成为现代制造业中不可或缺的重要技术,金属材料加工也从传统的手工操作逐渐过渡到数控加工.为充分发挥数控加工技术的优势,从模型设计、刀具选择、切削参数设置、冷却液选取以及基准修正等方面总结具体的数控加工技术要点,以期为相关从业人员提供参考,全面提升金属材料加工品质.

Abstract

Computer numerical control machining technology has become an indispensable and important technology in the modern manufacturing industry due to its high efficiency,precision,and flexibility.Metal material processing has also gradually transitioned from traditional manual operations to computer numerical control machining.In order to fully leverage the advantages of computer numerical control machining technology,this paper summarizes specific key points of computer numerical control machining technology from aspects such as model design,tool selection,cutting parameter setting,coolant selection,and benchmark correction,in order to provide reference for relevant practitioners and comprehensively improve the quality of metal material processing.
