摘要
机器人数控技术是深度融合机器人技术与数控技术的新兴制造技术.文章分析机器人数控技术的特征,重点阐述其在运动控制、智能感知、柔性制造等方面的应用优势.通过航空发动机叶片加工案例,证实机器人数控加工在提高复杂曲面加工精度、效率、质量方面的显著效果.机器人数控技术是引领机械制造智能化的关键使能技术,对推动我国制造业高质量发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Robot computer numerical control technology is an emerging manufacturing technology that deeply integrates robot technology and computer numerical control technology.This paper analyzes the characteristics of robot numerical control technology,focusing on its application advantages in motion control,intelligent perception,flexible manufacturing,collaborative work,and other aspects.Through the case study of aircraft engine blade machining,it has been confirmed that robot computer numerical control machining has a significant effect on improving the accuracy,efficiency,and quality of complex surface machining.Robot computer numerical control technology is a key enabling technology that leads the intelligentization of mechanical manufacturing,and is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry.
