Research on Risk Assessment of Mechanical and Electromechanical Special Equipment Based on Fuzzy Reliability Theory
In view of the increasingly prominent safety problems of electromechanical special equipment,taking the old elevator as an example,the evaluation method based on risk and reliability theory is discussed.Firstly,the limitation of classical reliability theory in actual risk assessment is analyzed,that is,the evaluation result is not accurate because the system state cannot be accurately described.Secondly,according to the fuzzy reliability theory,a risk-based evaluation method is proposed,and the fuzzy state model and calculation method of the evaluation project are expounded.Finally,the reliability analysis is carried out and the fuzzy reliability evaluation of the equipment is obtained comprehensively to improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusions and the operability of the safety evaluation work.
