摘要
随着我国科技的发展和造纸行业的现代化改革,复卷机成为造纸行业不可或缺的自动化装置.各用纸厂商对成品纸张的质量和要求正在不断提高,对复卷机精度控制和运行速度等的要求也逐步提高.但是,市面上对于复卷机包片的设计研究较少,随着市场的调控及人们的环保意识不断加强,一些污染严重、危险性高、成本高的手工操作环节不断被自动化设备取代,因此急需优化加工工艺.所提出的复卷机自动包片装置可以节省大量的时间及人力成本,对于提高生产效率、解决生产成本具有重大意义.
Abstract
With the development of science and technology and the modernization reform of paper industry in China,rewinder has become an indispensable automatic device in paper industry.The quality and requirements of each paper manufacturer for finished paper are constantly improving,and the requirements for precision control and running speed of the rewinder are also gradually improving.However,there is relatively little research on the design of rewinding machine packaging on the market,with the market regulation and people's environmental awareness continues to strengthen,some serious pollution,high risk,high cost of manual operation links are constantly replaced by automation equipment,so it is urgent to optimize the processing technology.The automatic wrapping device of the winder can save a lot of time and labor cost,which is of great significance for improving production efficiency and solving production cost.
