Research on the Application of RCM Technology in Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Maintenance
Driven by the development of technology,mechanical and electrical equipment has been more and more applied in various fields,which effectively reduces labor costs while improving work efficiency.However,the more sophisticated mechanical and electrical equipment,the more prone to problems in operation,so it is very important to do a good job of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance management.Based on RCM technology,this paper analyzes the contents and precautions of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance,and expounds the specific application of RCM technology in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance by taking a coal mine production as an example.The results show that RCM technology can help maintenance personnel to judge mechanical and electrical equipment fault better,ensure the maintenance effect,and reduce the resource consumption in the maintenance process.
