Research on Optimization of Transportation Belt and Structural Transformation of Material Guide Channel in Mining Belt Conveyor
This paper introduces several common mining belt conveyors,and expounds the optimization scheme of mining belt conveyors from the aspects of tensioning control scheme,hardware design and software design.At the same time,a reconstruction scheme of guiding groove structure of mine belt conveyor is put forward based on non-contact baffle structure.On this basis,taking the fully mechanized caving face in a mine as an example,the test operation of the tensioning device of the belt conveyor is carried out,and the actual situation before and after the transformation of the guide groove structure of the belt conveyor is compared.The results show that the optimization scheme of conveyor belt and the transformation scheme of guide groove structure of belt conveyor can show higher application advantages and ideal effects,and improve the operation efficiency,stability and service life of mine belt conveyor.
