摘要
针对航空发动机钛合金整体叶轮喷丸工艺展开研究.首先分析钛合金整体叶轮的喷丸强化难点,然后采用试验方法探索钛合金喷丸的特性,最后进行钛合金整体叶轮的喷丸强化效果和喷丸工艺优化研究,为航空钛合金叶轮喷丸强化应用提供基础研究支撑.
Abstract
The shot blasting technology of titanium alloy integral impeller of aeroengine is studied.Firstly,the difficulty of shot peening of titanium alloy integral impeller is analyzed,and then the characteristics of shot peening of titanium alloy integral impeller are explored by experimental method.Finally,the effect of shot peening and the optimization of shot peening process of titanium alloy integral impeller are studied,which provides basic research support for the application of shot peening of aviation titanium alloy impeller.
