摘要
风力发电机组塔架扭缆处的电缆磨损问题严重影响风机的运行,是风电后市场亟待解决的难题.以某公司后市场2 MW服役机型为例,开展风机塔架内扭缆磨损问题统计,深入进行原因剖析,明确边界条件,提出模块化结构的电缆护套设计方案.同时,研究了不同玻纤质量分数对电缆护套力学性能的影响,计算了连接螺栓的预紧力,并在风场进行应用,为风电后市场电缆磨损问题提供了解决方案.
Abstract
The cable wear at the twisting cable of the wind turbine tower seriously affects the operation of the fan,which is an urgent problem to be solved in the wind power market.Taking a 2 MW service model in the back market of a company as an example,the statistics of twisted cable wear in the fan tower were carried out,the causes were analyzed deeply,the boundary conditions were defined,and the cable sheath design scheme of modular structure was proposed.At the same time,the influence of different glass fiber content on the mechanical properties of the cable sheath is studied,and the pre-tightening force of the connecting bolt is calculated,which is applied in the wind field,providing a solution for the cable wear problem in the wind power market.
