不同制冷剂对翅片管式蒸发器的影响模拟研究

蒸发器是影响制冷装置能效的核心部件,不同制冷剂使得换热器的效率表现不同.为研究不同制冷剂对蒸发器换热效率的影响,建立翅片管式蒸发器的模型.在翅片管式蒸发器中,利用Fluent软件对 5 种不同制冷剂进行换热模拟,得到蒸发器的速度场、压力场和温度场.结果表明:5种制冷剂中,CO2 制冷剂在翅片管式换热器中的换热效率最高.
Simulation Study on the Influence of Different Refrigerants on Finned Tube Evaporators
Evaporator is the core component that affects the energy efficiency of refrigeration unit.Different refrigerants make the efficiency of heat exchanger different.In order to study the influence of different refrigerants on the heat transfer efficiency of evaporator,a finned tube evaporator model was established.In finned tube evaporator,Fluent software is used to simulate the heat transfer of 5 different refrigerants,and the velocity field,pressure field and temperature field of the evaporator are obtained.The results show that CO2 refrigerant has the highest heat transfer efficiency in finned tube heat exchanger.
