摘要

机匣壳体类零件是发动机的典型结构件,其材料一般为 1Cr17Ni3 不锈钢或TC4 钛合金等难加工材料.文章主要分析大型薄壁机匣壳体加工变形的控制措施,不锈钢和钛合金材料车削、铣削和细长孔加工技术,以及加工刀具和加工参数的选择,改进机匣壳体的工艺路线和加工参数,旨在提升机匣壳体类零件加工质量的稳定性.

Abstract

Typical engine structural parts include casing parts,which are generally made of difficult materials such as 1Cr17Ni3 stainless steel or TC4 titanium alloy.This paper mainly analyzes the control measures for machining deformation of large thin-walled casing,the turning,milling and slender hole machining technologies of stainless steel and titanium alloy materials,as well as the selection of machining tools and machining parameters,and improves the process route and machining parameters of casing casing,aiming at improving the stability of machining quality of casing parts.
