摘要

深海伺服电机能够根据角度反馈信息进行高精度的角度伺服控制,其在海洋工程领域具有广泛的应用.受限于外界高压环境,深海伺服电机通常采用充油压力补偿式设计,这就要求所选用角度传感器同样具备耐油耐压的能力.文章设计一种一体集成式的充油压力补偿式深海伺服电机结构,并分别针对旋转变压器、磁编码器和导电塑料电位计3种油浸耐压传感器进行详细介绍.

Abstract

The deep-sea servo motor can control the high precision Angle servo according to the Angle feedback information,and it has a wide range of applications in the field of ocean engineering.Limited by the external high pressure environment,the deep-sea servo motor usually adopts the oil-filled pressure compensation design,which requires the selected Angle sensor to also have the ability to withstand oil and pressure.This paper design an integrated structure of oil-filled pressure compensation deep-sea servo motor,and introduces three kinds of oil-immersed pressure sensors,namely,rotary transformer,magnetic encoder and conductive plastic potentiometer.
