摘要
首先,通过介绍城轨车辆司机控制器的结构形式,引入模块化组装概念.其次,分别介绍司机控制器的凸轮组件、手柄组件、钥匙组件、线束组件、电位器及编码器模块的组装过程.最后,阐述司机控制器模块化组装的优缺点,证明该模块化组装工艺可作为专业生产厂家选择的生产模式.
Abstract
Firstly,the concept of modular assembly is introduced by introducing the structure of the driver controller of urban rail vehicle.Secondly,the assembly process of computer aided manufacturing assembly,handle assembly,key assembly,wiring harness assembly,potentiometer and encoder module of driver controller is introduced respectively.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the modular assembly of the driver controller are expounded,which proves that the modular assembly process can be used as the production mode selected by professional manufacturers.
