摘要
蠕动泵系统的分配精准度较高和可远程控制的特点,使其在灌装生产线的流体分配环节得到了广泛应用.文章主要分析了蠕动泵系统的泵头、泵管和驱动器的选用考量因素,用相关数据证明了选用适配的蠕动泵系统能使灌装分配更加高效、精准.
Abstract
The peristaltic pump system has been widely used in the fluid distribution of filling production line because of its high distribution accuracy and remote control.This paper mainly analyzes the selection factors of the pump head,pump tube and driver of peristaltic pump system,and proves that the selection of suitable peristaltic pump system can make the filling distribution more efficient and accurate.
