Research on the Problem and Countermeasures of Rail Gnawing in Double Beam Bridge Cranes
In order to solve the problem of rail gnawing of double-beam bridge crane,it is necessary to deeply study its causes and countermeasures.The aim of this study is to systematically study and analyze the rail gnawing problem in order to provide a targeted solution for engineers and operators.Firstly,the paper defines and defines the rail gnawing problem of double-beam bridge crane,and clarifies the scope and influence of the rail gnawing problem.Then,analyzes and summarizes the main reasons of the rail biting problem,and puts forward a series of prevention and countermeasures,such as control the workload,improve the operation skills,regular inspection and maintenance of the track,in order to reduce the crane rail biting problem,reduce the resulting impact.
