摘要
针对某电厂燃煤锅炉在点火吹管过程中出现的给煤机落煤管堵煤情况,通过分析给煤机落煤管结构、煤质等,提出了一系列解决措施,最终选用在落煤管段加装刮板式防堵机的方案.经过实际使用发现,加装防堵机可以有效改善落煤管段堵煤问题,保证锅炉制粉系统安全稳定运行,并大大降低工人疏通堵煤的劳动强度,减轻环境污染.
Abstract
In view of the situation of coal blocking in the coal feeder drop pipe during the ignition and blowpipe of a coal-fired boiler in a power plant,a series of solutions are put forward by analyzing the structure and coal quality of the coal feeder drop pipe,and the scheme of installing a scraper anti-blocking machine in the drop pipe section is selected.After the actual use,it is found that the installation of the anti-blocking machine can effectively improve the coal blocking problem in the coal pipe section,ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler powder system,and greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers to dredging coal blocking and reduce environmental pollution.
