掘锚一体机的巷道煤矿快速掘进工艺研究

摘要
针对掘锚一体机快速掘进工艺开展系统研究,在分析掘锚一体机技术原理与特点的基础上,重点探讨设备选型与布局优化、同步掘锚工艺设计、地质探测与动态参数设定、安全高效管控流程等关键环节.通过仿真分析与现场工业性实验,验证了掘锚一体化工艺的高效性与实用性,其中单机掘进效率较常规工艺提升2~3 倍,巷道围岩稳定性显著改善.研究表明,掘锚一体机是一种极具应用前景的煤巷快速掘进新设备,对推动煤矿智能化开采具有重要意义.
Abstract
This paper conducts a systematic study on the rapid excavation process of the excavator anchor integrated machine.Based on the analysis of the technical principles and characteristics of the excavator anchor integrated machine,the focus is on exploring key links such as equipment selection and layout optimization,synchronous excavation anchor process design,geological exploration and dynamic parameter setting,and safe and efficient control processes.Through simulation analysis and on-site industrial experiments,the efficiency and practicality of the integrated excavation and anchoring process have been verified.The single machine excavation efficiency has been improved by 2~3 times compared to conventional processes,and the stability of the surrounding rock in the roadway has been significantly improved.Research has shown that the excavator anchor integrated machine is a highly promising new equipment for rapid excavation of coal tunnels,which is of great significance for promoting intelligent mining in coal mines.
