基于有限元分析的振动落砂机动态特性研究

砂型铸造行业通常利用振动落砂机对型砂进行振动破碎,通过电机驱动偏心凸轮正反回转来带动振动筛激振,从而达到落砂重复回收利用的目的,减少原材料消耗.针对某型号落砂机,建立了三维仿真模型,通过模态及谐响应分析,得出了振动落砂机较佳激振频率.此外,通过振动系统仿真,分析不同激振力、弹性系数及凸轮回转速度参数对落砂机的振动影响,对于落砂机参数的选择具有重要的参考意义.
Research on Dynamic Characteristics of Vibration Shakeout Machine Based on Finite Element Analysis
The sand casting industry usually uses vibration shakeout machine to vibrate the sand,and drives the positive and negative rotation of the eccentric cam by the motor to drive the vibration screen to stimulate the vibration,so as to achieve the purpose of repeated recycling of the shakeout and reduce the consumption of raw materials.Aiming at a certain type of shakeout machine,a 3D simulation model is established.Through modal and harmonic response analysis,the optimal exciting frequency of the vibrating shakeout machine is obtained.In addition,through vibration system simulation,the influence of different exciting force,elastic coefficient and cam rotation speed parameters on shakeout machine vibration is analyzed,which has important reference significance for the selection of shakeout machine parameters.
